Guest Speaker Howard Ryan, who took the crowd back to the scene of Trooper Scott Gonzalez’s murder and the tragic events of that day. Howard Ryan is a retired Lieutenant in the New Jersey State Police. He is an expert witness in bloodstain pattern analysis, crime scene reconstruction and investigation, shooting analysis, scene processing, and more. He hosts the podcast "Under the Yellow Tape" and owns Sheepdog Java Coffee Company.
